This Green Sandpiper was accompagnied by another bird pretty far west in Hordaland county. Both habitat and behaviour might have indicated breeding birds, but this early in May (2002), it was also possible that they were migrants just stopping over. Hordaland county hosts the westernmost breeding birds in Norway.
