Juvenile Rose-colored Starling at Fedje on the 5th. of October 2002. The influx in western Europe this summer and autumn has resulted in five different birds recorded in Hordaland county (one adult and four juveniles). Previous county records involve only about ten birds. Nearly 50 birds have been seen in Norway since June 2002. This constitute the best occurrence ever in Norway. Up to 2001 there have been only 95 Norwegian records.
