During May 2005 we organized a webcamera near a nest of an Oystercatcher couple breeding on the roof of my place of work. It did get lots of media attention, and the server broke down when the national TV made a newsflash about it. One chick (out of three eggs) fledged, and it spent the nights on the roof until late July (picture).
