The Bar-headed Goose is an introduced species in Europe. A few pairs have been recorded breeding in Norway, and a few birds have bred together with Greylag Geese. The bird presented here was staying at Ravnanger at the island of Askøy in Hordaland county in the period 15th. to 25th. of September 1999. The third county record.
