6 January 2007
Lista, Vest-Agder, Norway

A "classic" presumed hybrid between Glaucous and Herring Gull (so-called Viking Gull) showing a lot of white in the primaries, distinctive chevrons at the primary tips, white bases on first generation wing coverts, mantle and scapulars (pale buff base-color on second generation feathers), pale subterminal band on the tail, and tertials with the white notching going horisontally through the feathers. Note also the pale secondaries.
