Larus hyperboreus x argentatus

This gull was initially found on the 30th. of November 2001, and thought to be a hybrid. It was relocated on the 2nd. of January 2002, and has been seen regurarly since then (at least until the 27th. of March). On the 16th. of January the bird was caught and ringed with a metal ring on the left foot, and a white "read-ring" with the black letters JA16 on the right.
